The Burning Hot Egypt Quest slot powered by Amusnet (EGT) has a 5 x 3-reel format with 20 paylines and comes with a gamble game and Egypt Quest feature.

Amusmet really showed off (innovation-wise) when designing this slot as it blends two seemingly unrelated themes. In the base game, it’s the classic fruit theme that dominates but once the main bonus feature activates, players are teleported to ancient Egypt.

GAME SYMBOLS AND PAYOUTS

Two scatters and one wild act as the special symbols. The two scatters come in the form of the golden $ sign and the purple star.

The wild on the other hand is represented by the green clover. The wild substitutes for all icons except the two scatters and the Egypt Quest icon.

Among the special symbols, only the $ scatter fetches paytable payouts. For landing three, four or five of these, players win 60, 400 or 2000 EGT respectively.

The highest-paying icon is represented by the lucky 7s icon. Three, four or five of these landing on the reels at once help the player win 50, 200 or 3000 EGT respectively.

BONUSES

• Egypt Quest Feature: This feature triggers in one of two ways. First, it’s triggered when three Egypt Quest symbols land on reels 1, 3 and 5 simultaneously. Alternatively, the feature triggers randomly on any spin where it’s not triggered via route 1. 8 free spins are awarded when the feature activates. A new set of reels and symbols are used during the feature. However, the bet option is the same as the triggering spin for each free spin. During the feature, players land winning combinations as per the bonus feature paytable. In addition, however, players will collect scrolls each time they land on the reels. If players win an accumulative of 25 EGT during the feature via normal win lines, they win the corresponding bonus level dependent on the accumulated prize. Collecting five or more scrolls enable the player to upgrade the bonus level to the next best level.
• Mystery Win: At random during the Egypt Quest Feature, players may hit and win a mystery win. The mystery win awards a random prize ranging from 5x to 500x the bet.
• Gamble Feature: Any win equaling or less than 3000 EGT can be gambled when players opt for the gamble feature. To gamble, players simply need to pick the colour of the card to be drawn next. Picking the correct colour doubles the previous win.
